Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You may not register or use stm88 services if You are a politically exposed person (PEP), have been convicted of fraud or money laundering, or are currently self-excluded from gambling services either through stm88 or any other gaming operator.

You agree to immediately notify stm88 if You become aware of any unauthorized use of Your Account or any other breach of security. stm88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access due to Your failure to maintain credential security.
In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming standards, stm88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include requesting a copy of Your Indonesian identification document, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined until satisfactory verification is completed. stm88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if We reasonably believe that You have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated applicable laws. Upon termination, any pending bets will be voided, and User Funds may be returned to You after deduction of any applicable fees or amounts owed to stm88, subject to verification and compliance checks.
stm88 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other supported Indonesian banks. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed during the deposit process and are subject to change. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You may only deposit funds from a bank account or payment method registered in Your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Most deposits are credited to Your Account instantly upon confirmation from Your bank. In rare cases, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear in Your Account. If Your deposit has not been credited within 1 hour, please contact our customer support team with Your transaction reference number.
You may request a withdrawal of Your User Funds at any time, subject to these Terms and completion of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account from which deposits were made, unless otherwise agreed in writing with stm88. Generally, You must wager Your deposit at least once before requesting a withdrawal. Accounts identified as being used solely for fund transfer purposes (depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing bets) will be subject to investigation and potential closure.

All bets placed on stm88 are final and cannot be changed, canceled, or revoked once accepted by our system, except in cases of obvious error as determined by stm88 in our sole discretion. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager.
stm88 reserves the right to impose maximum winning limits on certain bet types, games, or promotions. These limits are displayed in the relevant game rules or promotional terms. Winnings that exceed maximum limits may be reduced to the stated maximum amount.

Bets are settled according to the rules published for each sport and market type. In cases of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events, standard sports betting rules apply as published on the stm88 website. stm88's total liability to You for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or Your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits You have made to Your Account in the six months preceding the claim, or IDR 10,000,000, whichever is less.
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or Your use of stm88 services, You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any legal action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, and You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
